Art Purchase Award 2016

The East Hampton Arts & Culture Commission presented this beautiful oil painting by East Hampton artist Betsy Rich to the East Hampton Youth and Family Services Department during a short ceremony on Sept. 20, 2016. This is the third year the commission has presented an art award to a town facility as a way to support local artists and for the enjoyment of the East Hampton community. Previous art awards can be seen at the Middle Haddam Library and the East Hampton Town Hall.
